This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.
Course Fee Refund
Unless otherwise stated for a specific course or promotional offer, all course fees paid to NCA Skill Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable once:
- Payment has been successfully processed.
- Access to the student portal has been granted.
- Course materials or recorded classes have been made available.
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:
- Duplicate payment made for the same course.
- Payment deducted successfully but enrollment was not completed due to a verified technical issue.
- Incorrect amount charged due to a system error.
- Any other case where NCA Skill Academy determines that a refund is appropriate.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend live classes.
- Lack of time to complete the course.
- Poor internet connectivity or device-related issues.
- Dissatisfaction due to not achieving expected examination results.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Suspension or termination of an account for misuse.
- Partial use or completion of course content.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Course Name
- Payment Date
- Transaction ID or Payment Reference
- Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
- The credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Course Cancellation
NCA Skill Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, eligible students may be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Enrollment in an alternative batch or equivalent course.
